Trademarks and Intellectual Property

Neolyth and VocaDoc are registered trademarks of Neolyth. The Neolyth and VocaDoc icons are registered as Community Designs with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Unauthorized use of these trademarks and designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Protected trademarks and designs:

  • Neolyth® - name and logo
  • All related icons and visual elements

Professional Use

Vocadoc is specifically developed for use by qualified medical professionals in the mental health sector. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all medical documentation before it is used for patient care.

Final responsibility for medical decisions and documentation always lies with the treating physician or therapist.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Vocadoc, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and content, are owned by Neolyth. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or otherwise commercially exploit our technology without express written permission.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution, consumers may visit the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

However, please note that Neolyth (Vocadoc) is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We prefer to resolve issues directly with our customers.

Legal Form and Jurisdiction

Neolyth is a Dutch eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship). The site and services are provided out of the Netherlands, and thus Dutch law applies. We also voluntarily adhere to relevant German Telemedia requirements for our German users.

Any legal disputes arising from the use of our services should be addressed under Dutch jurisdiction, unless consumer protection laws of your EU country mandate otherwise.
