Is Vocadoc GDPR-compliant and safe for patient data?
Yes, Vocadoc is designed for full GDPR compliance. All patient data is encrypted and stored on EU servers in the Netherlands and Germany. Audio recordings are immediately deleted after transcription processing. Documents are kept on EU servers until you delete them. Your data is never used to train AI models.
How much time do I really save with Vocadoc?

What does Vocadoc cost and are there setup fees?
Vocadoc costs 80 euros per month per user excl. VAT. For teams or large institutions, we can provide custom quotes and bulk discounts. The individual plan limits to 100 generated documents per month. Additional documents are charged at 0.25 euros per document excl. VAT.
How quickly can I start with Vocadoc?
You can request access through the request form on our website. After filling out the form, you will receive an invitation within 24 hours if eligible. No software to install, Vocadoc works entirely in your browser.
Does Vocadoc support different document types?
Yes, Vocadoc supports all common mental health documents such as intake reports, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge letters. You can also create custom templates for specific document types.
What happens to my data if I stop using Vocadoc?
You always retain ownership of your data. Upon cancellation, you can export all your documents. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation and then permanently delete it according to GDPR guidelines.
